We offer complimentary "Get Acquainted" Interviews for first time clients because we want you to feel comfortable with our process and our professional pet sitters.
This is a no-cost no-obligation visit where you meet the same pet sitter who will be watching your pets/home; it's a two-way interview to ensure the right chemistry exists between you, your pets, and the pet sitter. Bottom line: you decide if the sitter and service is right for you.
Our goal is to put your mind at ease when you are away, go over all you specific instructions, and to make your return convenient, easy, and hassle-free.

Prior to our sitters coming to your home, we ask that you to fill out all the necessary forms and paperwork because during the face-to-face interview, we go over all your specific pet and home instructions.

Once we received your completed pet and home profile answer, we will arrange a FREE interview to perform a brief "in-home" evaluation of your pet and property.
What happens during the interview?
Our fees will be calculated based the type and quantity of pets, along with the quantity and duration of daily visits.
To ensure sufficient time for planning, we kindly request that you arrange "Get Acquainted" Interview at least 7 days prior to your departure (MUCH earlier for holiday periods).
We ask that you to fill out all the necessary forms and paperwork because during your in-home face-to-face interview, the pet sitter will go over all your specific pet and home instructions.
Additionally, this process has proven to provide the most optimal service and helps you think about all the details, understasnd all the terms and conditions, and assit the sitter to quickly get familiar with your preferences. You would be very surprised at the types of specific insructions we reeive...

Because we screen all of our pet sitters to ensure they are realiable and avid pet lovers, this situation usually doesn't happen, however, chemistry is very important and, based upon availability, we will try arrange an alternative pet sitter to meet with you.
Either way, there is no obligation for you to use our services unless you are completely comfortable.
We have been in business for over a decade now and our company's main goal is to provide the most professional pet sitting experience possible to our customers.
Our company is bonded and ensured for the maximum pet sitter liabilty insurance policies available. And, we perform background checks, interviews, and check references on all of our pet sitters to verify their financial, criminal, driving, and related pubic records.
Why two sets of keys? We prefer one set for the sitter and one set as an office emergency backup copy. All keys are stored safely in our Permanent Key Safe. Keys are not labeled with any property information (just in case they get lost).
