To sign up, please click here and fill out all necessary information about you, your pet(s) and your home, and we will call you within 24 hours to schedule an initial in-home "interview".

When you sign up with Pet and Home Sitters, LLC. we will schedule a pet sitter to come to your home for an initial "interview" — to meet your pet, become familiar with your home/routine, and discuss all pertinent information about your pet's needs.

Yes! We do not disclose client information of any kind to third parties. All client information is protected by Pet and Home Sitters, LLC and accessed/utilized only in such a manner as to be able to fulfill our assignment obligations.

We definitely prefer to offer your visits to the same Pet Sitter each time, however if that sitter is not available for some reason, a fully informed substitute from our staff will always be available for back up.

Before you depart home, we are provided with a copy of your home keys, which are stored safely in our Permanent Key Storage System. We will test all keys — at our free pet consultation — and make sure we understand your instructions for activating/deactivating your alarm system. Our key rings have no identifying information (just in case they are lost or stolen). During each visit, our pet sitters will follow a work order of instructions to ensure that we keep your home safe and in the same condition that you left it to us. Please see more about at our process and a sample of our work order by clicking here.

Our visits are up to 30 minutes in duration. Additional time may be purchased.

You want to know that your pet will be cared for just the way you specify. And we will guarantee it every time! If you are not 100% satisfied with the service that was provided, we will be happy to address your concerns. We believe in lasting client relationships and so our service is only complete when you have returned home and are completely satisfied.

We care for most animals, as long as they do not pose a danger to our Pet Staffers. We do not care for any animals with a history of biting, fighting or attacking other animals or people.

Our doggie day care and puppy day care services are one-on-one, subject to availability and compatibility with pet sitter's pets (if any).

We have dog sitters, cat sitters, puppy sitters, and dog walkers throughout Long Island, New York, extending from the Nassau/Queens borderline through Nassau County and Suffolk County. Our availability varies based on time of year and the current pet sitter assignments; therefore, we appreciate as much advanced notice as possible. We understand that "stuff" happens!
